Share Application Money is given by shareholder for allotment of shares to the shareholder. It shall not be treated as advance under section 2(22)(e). Advance to be made to shareholders or specified persons to attract section 2(22)(e).
In your case, share application money shall not be treated as advance under section 2(22)(e).
