Definition of salary/wages under The Payment Of Bonus Act

08 November 2007 Dear Sirs,
I am despretly looking for interpretation of defition of salary/wages under The Payment Of Bonus Act which should be supported by legal decisions.Whether definition includes following-
-House Rent Allowance
-Special Allowance
-Conveyance Allowance
-Personal Allowance
If any one can give the interpretation of definition supported by legal decisions of any high court or suprem court by tomorrow i shall be obliged for him.You can mail me on ca_nagendra@yahoo.co.in

09 November 2007 sec 2(21) 0f Bouns act -
Remuneration in respect of work done.
if the terms of employment (whether express or implied) were fulfilled.

Salary and wages includes :
a) Dearness allowance (ie all cash payments by whatever name called, paid to an employee on account of a rise in the cost of living)
b) Food allwance or the value of free food given by the employer in lieu of salary.

Salary and wages not include:
1) Allowances
2) Commission
3) Bouns
4) Travelling concession
5) Ex-gratia payment
6) Retrenchment compensation, gratuity or other retirement benefits.
7) Any amenity, service, or concessional supply of food grains or other articles
8) Employer's contribution to PF or other pension fund
9) Remuneration in respect of overtime work.
