There is a one director of a company is being declared defaulted at mca site for non filing of balance sheets from 2008-09. and he is also director in other 3 companies. when we are filing balance sheet of other companies the mesg showing director is in default.. so how to rectify this mistake. Can we file the balance sheet from 2008-09 in that co. in which he made a default. and also can he sign the balance sheet of defaulting companies.
Yes, firstly you file pending annual filing of that company with the signature of defaulting director or other director of that company. Thereafter you can use the digital of defaulting director for any other company form.
