14 October 2016 Assembling 4 diifferent retail products in 1 kit and selling it as a kit. Does this reassembling activity amounts to manufacture ?

Early response is highly appreciated please revert soon with relevant explanation of section and case studies if any.

14 October 2016 This activity is not amounts to manufacture. If your products are falling under section 4A then it will be come under deemed manufacturing activity.
