Hi, Husband & Wife are the joint owners of a house property. They have taken joint home loan. Husband is repaying the loan. If wife is not claiming the benefit U/S 24(b) for the interest paid during the year on the loan can the husband claim the entire amount of interest or he should claim only his share of interest?
