My assessee has paid Rs.2,00,000/- to LOK JANSHAKTI PARTY. In such case how much deduction under Chapter VI of Income Tax Act can be claim.

If it is made in the mode other than cash, actual amount paid is allowed as deduction.

it is not a matter of 80gg or 80g. it is covered under 80ggc! rest has already been covered by Umesh
