Can I get the benefit of this section if I am staying under Lease option instead of monthly rental payment provided other conditions are fulfilled.

Thanks. but can i know what amount I can show it as rent? whether notional interest receivable on total lease amount or ??

It can be taken normal rent receivable for the house. how ever maximum deduction restricted Rs.2500 per month
