12 December 2013 Dear Experts,
My insurance agent paid my medical premium on my behalf and I paid him the money later on by cheque. Can I claim deduction for my medical insurance premium paid through cheque issued in the name of agent and not directly paid to insurance company.
I shall be obliged for your valuable replies.
