Deduction u/s 24 for housing interest

We are planning to take home on the loan. However we are planning to take partial loan from Father in law and we will be repaying him the loan along with interest
So I have a query whether we can claim interest paid to my Father in law towards this loan plus can we claim repayment of loan u/s 80C

interest paid on loan from father-in-law can be included in 24B. however, the repayment of the said loan wont be covered under 80c.
