Dear Sir, What if the school fees receipt is in any other language other than english. In that case they will not mention tuition fees but will use some hindi, gujarati marathi other regional language word.

Tuition fee paid and you had received the receipts in any language can be treated as receipts, if you file the same alon with your return of income it will be more than enough...
" Whatevet the language, no issue, you must actually paid the fee"

1st of all you are not required to submit the bill/receipts for tution fees while filing/submitting your income tax return. In case your file is selected for scrutiny the receipt of tution fees (whatever the language) will be ample proof to justify the deduction.

But sir I have to submit the proof to my employer, and they are saying that only tuition fees will be accepted and no the fees such as library, computer etc will be accepted.
in that case will they have to accept the fees in other languages also
