05 March 2013 Can expenditure incurred to earn dividends from both domestic and foreign companies can be claimed as a deduction, while computing the income from dividends, if it is not exempt u/s 10(34) of IT Act, 1961?

if dividend is not exempt then u can get deduction of expenses which have been incurred for the purpose of earning of dividend.
