Deduction of TDS on Serice Tax of Rent

24 September 2009 Dear Sir/ Madam,

can we deduct TDS as per 194 I, on service tax which is included to the rent of a builiding?

24 September 2009 TDS on Service Component of Rent of building is not required deducted.

This is as per clarification issued by the CBDT.
