if total payments are made duting the transaction is in excess of rs.20000 or if total payment is in excess of rs.50000 in the year then tds provision is applicable & you will deduct TDS.if continuslly machinery are taken on lease then sec 194I is applicable & total payments are in excess of rs.120000/- in the year then tds provision is applicable
