Suppose I am a person having income less than 2.5 lakh nd i am dealing with entity having obligation to deduct TDS
what are the options so thet they will not deduct my TDS
I thing the ans is Form 13 but it asks for previous years return.??
What to fill in that column or is there any other form

there is no provision for non-deduction unless you provide obtain non-deduction certificate from income-tax authorities. For this Form 13 is filed.
You need to provide the details of the previous returns. In case you haven't filed, you need to fill column 2(v) in the form.
