19 March 2013 Dear Sir,

I pay interest Rs.25000 to a Good Supplier whom to I purchases Good, for Let payment

Can I liable to Deduct TDS from this Interest?

19 March 2013 Rs.25000 if paid for the purchase of goods then no need to deduct TDS.....if paid for interest then TDS to be deducted under sec.194A@10%
