TDS applicable to the invoice contains service tax, on which amount tax to be calculated on excluding service tax or gross amount of invoice.
if possible please give any references relate this issue, mentioned by the Income tax department.

TDS would be deducted on the total amount of invoice. That is the reason TDS rate is as low as 2%or 1% u/s 194C. The tds is deducted on gross amount of contract and not only on the service portion.
