Deduction of service tax component in paying medi claim insurance premium u/s 80d

while paying the medi claim insurance, company charges service tax upon the same. is the component of service tax charged is eligible for deduction u/s 80d? or only amount of premium is eligible for deduction I.e excluding service tax part.

The full amount including service tax is eligible for deduction u/s 80D.
