Deduction of PF

20 January 2011 Hi Friends


An Education Institution (NGO) is having more than 400 employees all over in India


And they are paying then between 5000-1000 P.M

And most of the employees are temporary i.e. they work for 4-5 months


so is pf deduction is mandatory on said payments??


pls suggest me
