Dear Sir, Kindly help by telling relevant circulars/case/IT Section Is notice period salary paid to employer deductible from Gross Taxable salary income ??

no tax will charge on the earning or receipts whichever is earlier, you make payment notice as per your appointment term then no deduction will allowed under the income tax act.
