Deduction from emi - of scheuled bank.

Dear sir,
if i take loan from non nationalised bank - like scheduled bank - can i claim deduction in FORM -16 under income tax act.
please suggest me.

Deduction is available only in respect of the following loans:
Housing loan and education loan.
