Can a company's contribution to Prime Minister Relief Fund as its CSR implementation be claimed as a deduction under section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961.?

Yes donation to Prime Minister Relief Fund is eligible for deduction u/s 80G of the Income Tax Act. The fact that it has been donated to meet the CSR liability is of no relevance.
