Dear Experts,
My client has paid LIC Premium for his Sister' Son /nephew, can he claim for deduction?
If yes, which under section.
Note: he has already done the 80c limit (150k)
Pls reply asap.

No section 80C for LIC premium is available only in respect of assessee himself, his wife and his children.
