23 October 2012 Is it possible to claim both deduction under section 35(1)(ii) and 80GGA both by the same assessee for different amount.

claim under Sec 35 (1)(ii)can only be made by assessee having business income.

deduction u/s 80GGA is available to all asessee other than those having business income.
