Declaration of Transporters of whom TDS is not deducted

11 December 2009 According to the new amendments, if declaration is received from transporters about their PAN, the TDS rate becomes 0%. The details of such transporters had to be notified to Income Tax Department in a prescribed form. Is the form published or is there any notification from CBDT regarding the matter?
