25 June 2014 hi there.ur all tips are very useful.i am confused about my job. i m preparing for cs executive and want to appear in dec. i m working as a customer service manager. should i resign from my job or it will help in future?really do not underdtand n confused. pls suggest for this. awaiting ur reply.

26 June 2014 why u r confused soo much.... CS Executive is not that much tough which u cant crack along with your job... u just need to do a hard work

firstly make yourself relax and confident.....

then start studying as u have enough time to crack exams for dec session dear...
