WE ARE PURCHASING THE MATERIAL FROM PARTY A SINCE JUNE @ RS 50.00 BUT IN OCTOBER WE DE-ESCALATION THE PRICE FROM JULY, SO WHEN WE WILL RAISED THE DEBIT NOTE SHALL WE CHARGE EXCISE & CST, & WHAT WILL BE THE PROCEDURE
