Respected All, Disqualifications of trustee:A person cannot be appointed as a debenture trustee if he is beneficially entitled to moneys which are to be paid by the company to the debenture trustee. This shows that creditor to company cannot become debenture trustee but my question is can debtor of company become debenture trustee?
