Whether a Company needs to create Debenture Redemption Reserve(DRR) while the company issuing debenture to public. Now my doubt is the company suffering loses so it required to Create DRR.

02 January 2011 yes DRR creation is compulsory in case of issue of debenture. In case of loss no transfer to DRR.
