Sir, Can a new Public Ltd Co having Paid up capital of Rs 500000 can issue debentures vide private placement if yes so upto what limit and types of debentures.

Yes it can upto a maximum no 50.
Recently Mutdhoot Finance has issued debentures on a private placement basis.
