Which registraion number to be entered by importer in the return, while entering document based on which the credit is passed

Please help me in this regards

Pls check this link and ask me if you any doubts. Dealers are trading Imported goods they are file Excise Dealer Return Manually ,

Last two quarters we have file Dealer Return Manually.
