14 April 2015 Dear Rishabh

The Last Date of filling of belated u/s 139(4) return for the A.Y. 2013-14 was 31.03.2015. Now the return of A.Y. 2013-2014 can only be file, when Income Tax Department Issued notice for non filling of the return u/s 142(1).

Yes, you can file belated return u/s 139(4), up to 31.03.2016 for A.Y. 2014-2015
