plz tell me appropriate date for signing of Director and signing of Auditor on the FS for the f.y. 13-14. My doubt cause of filling of Board resoln for approval of FS

If Date of AGM is 30.09.2014 then u can take 03.09.2014 as date of Board meeting where account is approved, date of Audit Report and file MGT-14 Accordingly with 30 days from Board Meeting i.e 03.09.2014
