Dear Friends,
As per our company's travel policy the employee will get Rs. 1000/- per day (All the accomodation, food, conveyance charges will be borne by the company separately) when he is on tour.
Whether we should deduct TDS on this Daily Travel allownce by including the same in his salary??

Daliy allowance given for offical travel is not taxable. so no need to deduct tds
