I am completed both group of ICWA intermediate on june 2012. please tell me which mode is better to study for ICWA final.I would like to write both group of final simultaneously.

If you are not attending office and are fully devoted t studies, then you may opt for both group. Else, 1 grp at a time is a better strategy.
