Custom duty on mrp based product

27 October 2012 please can any one explain???that how to charged custom duty and CVD on imported goods.the goods is based on MRP..

what MRP would be taken for CVD..?? Either indian mrp or imported MRP..

29 October 2012 The CVD Will be charged on the imported ITEM on MRP minus Abatement as fixed by Govt time varies from product to product.

The MRP taken in INR appilcable in India.
