03 December 2008 Whether Additional Duty of 4% on Custom is eligible for Credit against VAT liability,if yes under which circular.

03 December 2008 it is not possible to take credit.
but refund of sad is available if vat is paid.
refer Notifiaction No 102/2007 dtd 14/9/07.
