if we import goods outside india and pay custom and excise duty on this after that we sale in india
we want to take refund of duty paid on import it can be possible or not

YOU CAN FILED REFUND OF SPECIAL ADDITIONAL DUTY (SAD) , AS PER PROVISION LAID DOWN IN CUSTOM NOTIFICATION NO. 102/2007.
