ctc means cost to company... and it includes leave salary... it includes each and every thing which company is paying for keeping an employeee
I do understand that ctc means cost to company... but generally if u see any appointment letters they are considering only Bonus, Food expenses, PF employer contribution. There was discussion is going on in our concern regarding the leave salary.
