09 August 2013 If i own a petrol pump and when i file my VAT Return and i opt CST eligible as YES even though i have no CST Sales is it Compulsory for me to file NIL Return of CST.

09 August 2013 You have not mentioned the STATE the query relates to.

However, if you have CST RC then, you have to file return even if your transactions are NIL ,in any STATE.
