I want to know whether the rate of CST applicable is 2% for manufacturing industries and trading industries both or is it 2% for Trading and 1% for Manufacturing industries. Our Pharma Manufacturing Industry is in Himachal Pradesh and started production in April' 2008. Please guide me Thanx

cst 2% for all type sale against form C but 1% or exempt in specific area specified area by government. please contact to local sales tax office.
