Pls help me sir, we are selling one unserviceable used machinery to dealer of Tamilnadu. For this which rate of CST I have to charge.

24 May 2014 If sale is against C form then 2% and if not then assuming it's a scrap as you have mentioned as Un-serviceable the rate will be 5.5%.
