Cst amount collection

17 January 2015 sir,
as per section 9 of cst act 1956,
tax shall be levied by CG
but collected by central govt.

but my query is that
in practical life we make two cheques
1.- for up vat a/c
2. - for cst payment
so,
amount of cst shall be collected by which govt.

17 January 2015 CST admin and collection given to the state and for rule and in case any problem to implement CST then central govt. make decide and make rule, amendments.

amount collect by the state govt. then after that central govt make the tax share with each state govt.
