18 December 2013 my client is a registered dealer in Maharashtra.He wants to sale in other states.he is having CST tin number.what is the procedure he has to follow in order to comply with CST Act.

18 December 2013 You can sale at a CST rate (subject to receipt of C Form from the purchaser)

If he is not in a position to provide C Form you have to charge normal vat rate on your commodities
