03 December 2010 A company sale of goods to outside the state generally CST rate is 2% , But vat rate is 12.5% If purchaseing company does not giving C form Which rate is applicable , I.E 2% or 12.5% please suggest

if it is with out C FORM it is either local rate of tax or 12.5% only.
