You mean commodity rate under CST Act?.There is no seperate rate list for interstate sale. It is the same as local VAT rates,except when a 'C' formis used it is only 2%.What is the Notes about?. In each state there will be a web site for their VAT laws. Along with that,CST Act,rules and notification,forms etc are given.This can be downloaded and printed..mjk
