Form CSR-2 asks for the financial figures like Net Profit, Turnover and Net Worth which shall correspond to the amount mentioned in AOC-4. My query is do we need to mention SRN of AOC-4 of FY 21-22 or 20-21 for filing related to FY 2021-2022. The instruction kit to the form is silent on the subject matter. Please suggest.

When filing Form CSR-2 related to FY 2021-2022, you should mention the financial figures (Net Profit, Turnover, Net Worth) that correspond to the financial statements filed in AOC-4 for the same financial year, i.e., FY 2021-2022.
Here's what you should consider:
1. **Financial Figures Correspondence:** The figures you provide in Form CSR-2 (Net Profit, Turnover, Net Worth) should match the figures reported in the AOC-4 filed for FY 2021-2022.
2. **SRN of AOC-4:** You do not need to mention the SRN (Service Request Number) of the AOC-4 filed for the previous financial year (FY 2020-2021) unless specifically requested by the form or instructions. Form CSR-2 typically asks for current financial year details, and therefore, you should focus on providing information relevant to FY 2021-2022.
3. **Compliance with Instructions:** While the instruction kit may not explicitly mention the requirement to include the SRN of AOC-4, it is standard practice to align the financial figures with the latest filed financial statements, which would be for FY 2021-2022.
Therefore, ensure that the financial figures you provide in Form CSR-2 for FY 2021-2022 accurately correspond to the AOC-4 filed for the same financial year. This alignment will help in maintaining consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements.
