For securities law the ultimate suggestion is to follow scanner with icsi guidelines.

Simply prepare notes for frequently asked questions and for questions you think are very important.

Give special revision to technical topics. In short no special preparation is required and just stick to the basics and follow your own style honestly.

Try and give a cool reading to other non-imp topics.

02 July 2010 company law, economic law, labour law, security law have lot of case studies. in thease subjects case laws is very importent.

as per my observation there is no practical questions asked by icsi.

buy-back of shares is may be practical oriented in company laws.
