Hi all i cleared my cs executive this june,now when can i enrol for professional course and appear for examss. Are there any other formalities to be fulfilled before giving professional exam??????? pls help

You delayed in filling the form as last date for registering for professional course was 28 Aug. So you are not eligible for next june 2013 attempt if you had not registered yourself before 28 Aug2012.
You need to just simply fill the form for professional exam.
now if you submit the form before 28th feb then you will be eligible for Dec 2013 attempt for CS professional.
