It is better for a student to refer institute MAt , Suggested answer of previous exam and notes of your tutions centre. However for reference general and commercial law ==> ND kapoor. Income tax ===> V. k. Singhania or Girish Ahijha and Ravi Gupta Company law ===> bare Act is must and G.K. kapoor or V.S. Datey
Economic and labour law ===> you can buy N. D. kapoor, V.s.Datey (very good book but out of stock), or P.L. malik book which is recommended by institute.
