I joined one PCS for CS Trainee from 1st July, 2014 but I bought stamp paper on 1st Sept., 2014 then whether it is possible to make a contract from 1st August, 2014 or I have to make contract from 1st Sept. only, the date on which the stamp paper is purchased.
